The Office of the Registrar (OTR) is responsible for scheduling the activities in classrooms and computer labs. Prior to submitting a request to use a specific room, please check the Buildings and Classrooms page to confirm that the desired room is scheduled by the OTR. Anyone who is not staff/faculty with offices in Duncan Hall is required to have a Duncan Hall staff/faculty resident sponsor and a designated on-site Rice staff/faculty representative to reserve a room or public space in Duncan Hall.
