A/V equipment checked out from the Student Center is ONLY for rooms on campus not previously equipped with A/V equipment. To see if your room has the technology needed, you must first view the Classroom Technology Services website.
SUBMITTING THIS FORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A RESERVATION. Please wait for a team member of the Student Center to respond with a reservation confirmation. Pick up and drop off will be at the information desk and we will need at least 7 days in advance for a request for large orders, i.e. over 50 linens.
Note: If you have reserved a room INSIDE the Student Center, you must add A/V equipment to that reservation by contacting the Facilities Coordinator at x3777. You do not need to fill out this form to do so. We request a 3-day advanced notice.
