Rental Equipment

A/V equipment checked out from the Facilities and Events team is ONLY for rooms on campus not previously equipped with A/V equipment. To see if your room outside of the Rice Memorial Center/Ley Student Center has the technology needed, we recommend viewing Classroom Technology Services website.

SUBMITTING THE A/V REQUEST FORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A RESERVATION. Please wait for a Facilities and Events team member to respond with a reservation confirmation. Pick-up and drop-off will be at the information desk and require at least 7 days' notice for large orders (i.e., over 50 linens).

Note: If you have reserved a room INSIDE the facility, you must add A/V equipment to that reservation by contacting the Assistant Director of Facilities and Events at 713.348.3777 or scevents@rice.edu. You do not need to fill out this form to do so. We request a 3-day advanced notice.
