Advance

Advance is an orientation at the beginning of your time as a manager.

• You'll be given a link to the SRB resource site online.
  • Here, you will find everything from the University side of your business that you may need.
  • We encourage you to keep it bookmarked and go back often to check and make sure you are using all the resources that you are provided.

Changeover

Changeover is our annual dinner to celebrate what the managers have accomplished over the past year.

• The SRB Advisors provide dinner and gifts, and the outgoing GMs celebrate what their teams have accomplished.

Strengths

We provide CliftonStrengths training to each management team to help you understand what you bring to the table and support your team's collaboration and growth.

Leadership Development

Throughout the next semester, you will have opportunities to join conversations and workshops focused on developing as a leader and manager, hosted by the Student Run Business Advisor team. 

Huddles

These are occasional meetings set up by one of the advisors for a particular group of managers.
