Looking for ways to get involved on campus? Attend the Fall 2026 Student Activities Fair to learn about over 350 student clubs and campus departments! At each table, there will be information about the organization and how you can join and stay connected about upcoming events. The Student Activities Fair is free to attend and open to all undergraduate and graduate students!

Save the date! The Fall 2026 Student Activities Fair is scheduled for Thursday, September 3rd from 2:30-4:30pm in the RMC building and Ray Courtyard.

Deadline for Clubs to Register

PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to participate in the Fall Student Activities Fair, the deadline to submit your club annual's club registration and the fair sign-up form is Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

This means that by participating in the fair, your club's registration deadline changes from Friday, September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM to Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

If you are NOT planning on participating in the fair, the deadline to submit your club's annual registration is still Friday, September 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM.

Where to Register for the Student Activities Fairs
