The Summit Leadership Symposium is geared towards student leaders, and aims to provide participants with a wide variety of educational sessions to customize their learning experience and an opportunity to network with peers. Students will have the ability to select sessions that best fit their current leadership development needs. Participation in the Summit Leadership Symposium is free and open to all current undergraduate and graduate student leaders on campus on a first come, first served basis. There is a $10 no-show fee for confirmed participants however, which will be levied to the individual’s club/organization c-fund.

As a result of attending the Summit Leader Symposium, students will….
Each student attendee will be sent a unique StrengthFinder Inventory Code in advance of Summit (for those that have not taken the inventory previously). This one-time use Strengths Code will help attendees learn more about themselves as they are developing their leadership style. There will be educational sessions offered throughout the symposium, “Strengths-Based Leadership” and “Strengths 2.0" to learn more about attendees’ strengths and how to use them as a leader.
